1. Who this policy covers
This policy describes the public website at saiintelligencelab.com, operated by Sai Intelligence Lab, Inc. It covers the local demonstration and contact inquiries. It does not describe a production AI SaaS service; that service is not provided through this website.
2. Information you provide
If you submit an inquiry, we process your name, email address, organization if supplied, topic, message, and privacy acknowledgement to respond and manage the conversation. Do not include sensitive personal data or confidential documents. If you use the prepared email option, your email application and email provider process the draft under their own terms.
3. Demo text
The demo processes pasted text locally in the current browser tab. The supplied website does not transmit that text to its server or an AI provider, and does not save it to localStorage, IndexedDB, or a remote document database. Text remains in page memory until reset, navigation, or closure. If you copy a review, it is placed on your device clipboard. Your browser, extensions, device, and clipboard manager may have separate behavior.
4. Technical data and cookies
The supplied site includes no analytics trackers or advertising cookies. A contact request may create a temporary, HttpOnly, SameSite session cookie to protect the form against forged requests and limit repeated submissions. The hosting provider may process IP addresses, browser information, request URLs, and timestamps in server logs for operation and security. Actual log retention depends on the hosting configuration.
5. Why information is used
Information is used to answer inquiries, discuss a potential product or partnership, maintain website functionality, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable obligations. An inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list or create a paid account.
6. Service providers and sharing
Website hosting and email providers may process technical data and inquiries on our behalf. We do not sell inquiry information or use it for targeted advertising. Information may be disclosed where legally required, to protect rights and security, or in a business transaction subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations. No document is sent to an AI model by this public demo.
7. Retention and international processing
Contact correspondence may be kept while a conversation or resulting relationship continues, and afterward where reasonably needed for records, legal obligations, or dispute resolution. Technical logs and temporary sessions follow host settings. Hosting and email may involve processing in the United States or other countries used by those providers. We do not promise a specific data residency location for this public website.
8. Your choices and requests
You can browse without using the demo or form. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, or to raise a privacy concern. Rights vary with applicable law; we may need to verify a request and may retain information required by law. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
9. Security and changes
Reasonable precautions are used in the supplied website, but no transmission or system is guaranteed secure. This policy may be updated as the website or product changes. A future hosted service would need its own detailed data handling information before use.
